Enterprise Account Manager

Your mission
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts. 
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for expanding our IT Security IAM Solutions within the client organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, Solution sales engineers, solution architects, and partner managers to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and drive customer retention.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to develop account strategies, and track progress towards sales goals.
Your profile
  • 5+ years working within selling IT Security solutions.
  • Proven experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales roles, preferably in the software or cybersecurity industry
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs, identify opportunities, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, proficiency in French or German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed.
