What does this role entail?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts.
- Understand client business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for expanding our IT Security IAM Solutions within the client organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, Solution sales engineers, solution architects, and partner managers to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and drive customer retention.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to develop account strategies, and track progress towards sales goals.
