We’re looking for a service-minded Office Coordinator to help make our Nacka office a welcoming, organised place to work. You’ll be the go-to person for everyday office needs, bringing practical support, a personal touch and a sense of community to the workplace. By bringing these tasks together, you’ll help colleagues focus on their core work while keeping office life running smoothly.
This role is a student position on part-time.

About the role
What you'll do
- Coordinate office purchases, deliveries, mail, shared inboxes, parking and travel-booking support for the offices
- Organise breakfasts, fika, events, and wellbeing activities.
- Welcome visitors, keep shared spaces inviting and support practical onboarding and safety information.
- Liaise with the landlord and service providers, following up repairs and office needs.
- Share office updates, support the Work Environment Group and keep storage organised.
- Organizing the Malmö office in cooperation with a local employee
- Help with agreed office improvements, relocations and People & Culture or Finance administration as capacity allows.
- This position will be part of the People & Culture team
What we're looking for
- A friendly, service-minded person who enjoys helping others.
- Someone who is organized and independent, takes initiative and shows an eagerness to learn.
- Swedish and English language skills and availability for regular on-site work in Nacka.
- A student studying Human Resources, Finance or similar, or someone with a genuine interest and previous knowledge in office coordination.
