About the role
Are you organized, do you enjoy pitching in, and do you make sure everything runs smoothly in the office? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! As an Office & Back Office Assistant, you’ll support our team with administrative and organizational tasks and help create a pleasant and professional work environment.
What you'll do
- Processing and distributing incoming mail in Germany and Switzerland, as well as preparing and sending business correspondence
- Liaising with external service providers such as cleaning services, property management, and suppliers
- Assisting with the management of fuel cards and company vehicles
- Helping to organize team events and company functions
- Purchasing supplies for the office and workstations
What we're looking for
- A structured, independent, and reliable work style
- A strong service-oriented and hands-on attitude
- Organizational skills and a passion for diverse tasks
- Proficiency in common Office applications
- Very good German and English language skills
- Previous experience in an assistant, administrative, or office role is a plus
