What does this role entail?
You will be a part of our Product Specialists team within Operations where we deliver, support and handle most of Pointsharp’s technical contacts with our customers for the Net iD, ID Server and Access Gateway products.
You will work closely with our development department as well as the Sales team to provide the best solutions for our customers.
As responsible for our solutions in remote desktop environments, you work to find efficient and flexible authentication solutions with our products. You will also be a link to our technical partners as well as reselling partners.
You’ll thrive in this role if
- Well experienced in federation, OpenIDConnect, ADFS.
- At least 5 years of working in enterprise Windows environments
- You need to be inquisitive and willing to learn new things.
- Even if you are working in a team, you need to be driven and self-motivated.
And it’s also a plus if you have something of this
- Reverse proxy, Exchange, Access control
- PKI experience
- AVD experience
- Ability to get a good overall understanding of the customer’s requirements and adapt the implementation to it.
- Ability to work with partners and maintain a good relationship.
- Ability to do technical investigative work for finding issues in the product
- Working fluency in English, fluency in another European language is a big plus
- Ability to come up with new development proposals to improve the products
- Have a security-oriented mindset
