You’ll thrive in this role if
- Experience in UI/UX design, as well as in a leadership or senior design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in enterprise software, security software, or B2B applications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Storybook.
- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue) to effectively collaborate with engineers.
- Experience integrating design into Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Comfortable working in a post-merger environment, aligning different design philosophies and workflows.
