What does this role entail?

Be a support to all employees in HR related matters
Take responsibility for recruitment
HR administrative tasks
Support, leading and guiding managers through all HR processes
Implement improvements and ways of working across the HR function
Active participation in HR projects

You’ll thrive in this role if

You have at least 1-2 years of experience in comprehensive HR work in a similar function, preferably in an international work environment
You have experience and enjoy recruiting
You enjoy administrative tasks and event planning
You have good knowledge of German labor law
You have already gained experience in working with a works council
You can communicate fluently in German and English
You have excellent communication and social skills

Our offices in Germany are located in Karlsruhe and Freiburg. Both locations are possible for this position. Mobile working is also possible several times a week. The position is to be filled part-time (22-30 hours per week). The position is limited to two years due to a parental leave replacement.

Unterstützung, Führung und Anleitung von Managern bei allen HR-Prozessen
Umsetzung von Verbesserungen und Arbeitsweisen in der gesamten HR-Funktion

Du wirst in dieser Rolle erfolgreich sein, wenn

Du mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in umfassender Personalarbeit in einer ähnlichen Funktion, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld vorweisen kannst
Du Spaß an administrativen Aufgaben und Veranstaltungsplanung hast
Du Erfahrung und Spaß an Recruiting hast
Du gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht besitzt
Du bereits Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Betriebsrat gesammelt hast
Du fließend in Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren kannst
Du ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz besitzt

Warum Pointsharp?

Unsere Büros in Deutschland befinden sich in Karlsruhe und Freiburg. Beide Standorte sind für diese Stelle möglich. Zusätzlich ist auch mobiles Arbeiten mehrmals die Woche möglich. Die Stelle soll in Teilzeit besetzt werden (22-30 Stunden pro Woche). Die Stelle ist aufgrund einer Elternzeitvertretung für zwei Jahre befristet.
